December 9th, 2002 - Wake up at 5:30am and ask yourself..."Is that rushing water I hear?!?!?" After looking outside your bedroom window you notice the street is flooded and the water is sprouting from the middle of your yard! Called the condo manager, who called the condo plumber, who called city water and waste crew. The rest is..well...history!
